Crispy Chicken Strips


INGREDIENTS
250 gr chicksn strip filet
vegetable oil

MARINADE SAUCE
1/3 tsp chili hot sauce (ABC)
1/3 tsp salt

DRY INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1/3 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp all purpose flour

WET INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
oregano leaves
a bit black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut thin slide on ecach strips and Marinade with the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix all wet ingredients together. Mix them well
3. Coat the chicken with dry ingredients and pat off any excess flour. Then coat the again with wet ingredients.
4. Fry them one by one using low heat until golden brown.
5. Served with warm rice and more sauce.
