Sweet Potato Biscuits

These biscuits are great for require only 5 simple ingredients with NO SUGAR. They are a great healthy snack for Halloween since you many other sweet treats already and perfect for on-the-goπŸ‘

INGREDIENTS

150g sweet potato

150g oat flour

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp sweetner such as honey (sub with maple syrup for under 1 y.o)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prick the sweet potato and cook in the microwave for about 5-6 minutes.

  2. When the sweet potato is soft, place them in a bowl and mash it.

  3. Add oat flour, oil and cinnamon. Mix everything together to form a dough

  4. Roll out the dough between two baking papers to prevent it sticking.

  5. Cut out any shapes with your cookie cutter & then place them on a lined baking tray.

  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until it slightly golden.
