Easy Halloween Eyeball Oatmeal Cookies
Halloween breakfast theme for Kay today on our Miniware Plate. I used cookie cutter to make the ghost shapes and blueberries oatmeal cookies for the bloody eyeball.

INGREDIENTS (make around 9-10 balls)
3/4 cup rolled oats (12 tbsp)
1 large ripe banana, mashed
Cut half blueberries on top
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mash ripe banana using fork.
2. Pour in oat in the bowl. Mix well until completely blended.
3. Sprinkle with chocolate or nut butter (optional) and mix it again.
4. Use 1 tsp measurement to scoop mixture and roll into a balls.
5. Press blueberry on top to make the eyeball shape.
6. Bake the balls in airfryer oven for around 8 minutes 180C/350F or until golden (you also can use preheated oven with the same temperature probably twice time longer depend on each oven)
7. Let it cool for a while before serving.
