Pumpkin Puff Pastry

 


It’s FALL and we need more recipe with more pumpkins. This recipe is great to start any day!

🥐Pumpkin Puff Pastry
🥝Kiwi
🍇Fresh Grapes
🍳Scrambled Egg

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp brown sugar
Egg, lightly beaten
A good sprinkle cinnamon (optional)
Sesame seed (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
3. Spoon the pumpkin mixture into the center of pastry.
4. Wet edges of each edges with water, fold over and pinch them together to close the pastry.
5. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle sesame seed.
6. Baked the pastry in airfryer oven 175C/350F for 8-12 minutes or until pastry puffy and golden.
7. Cool down completely before serving.
