Pan Seared Salmon with Tomato Egg Noodles

 

Make pan seared salmon to served with tomato egg noodles for my little one. She loves tomatoes and salmon so I tried to figured out this dish for her. And she loves it so much 🤗 #mom_tomatonoodlerecipe #mom_salmontomatonoodlerecipe

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)
Salmon, cut slices
1 cloves garlic, minced
6-7 cherry tomatoes, cut half
Variation of veggies (I used carrot and corn)
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
A bit oyster sauce
3/4 - 1 cup water (depend on your noodles)
1 small pack rice noodle

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over each fillet and then place salmon on hot pan. Sear for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden. Set aside
2. Use the remaining salmon oil in the pan, add egg and cook until a bit fluffy but not cook through. Set aside
3. Add garlic into the pan sauted till fragrant then and add tomatoes and veggies in the pan. Cook tomatoes and veggies until soften.
4. Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper and water. Keep stirring until all mixed together.
5. Put your noodles into the pan. Cook the rice noodles through
6. Served salmon and egg on top of tomato noodles. Enjoy!
