Baked Choco Pumpkin Donut for Halloween Treat

 


Turn these baked donut into an easy treat for Halloween, simply add eyes! 


INGREDIENTS

1 large very ripe banana, cut

50 g oat

1/8 cup pumpkin puree

1 large egg

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp ground flaxseeds

A pinch baking powder


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until very smooth.

2. Let the batter sit for 10-15 minutes. 

3. Then pour the batter into greased donut molds.

4. Bake in the airfryer oven for about 15 minutes in 175C/350F or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out cleanly. 

5. Let cool for a few minutes before taking donuts out of the pan. Let cool fully on a wire rack.
