Deery Banana Overnight Oat
I suddenly miss holiday so much and this oat remind me of Nara Park, central city park with wild deer. The deer is so friendly, you could ask them to bow, take a picture, and feed them. I show Kay the pictures we took on trip, I think she isn't not afraid of it. I will keep in mind to plan the trip there again :) #mom_bananaoatrecipe
INGREDIENTS
½ cup of oats
1 cup of oat milk
1/4 tsp honey (sub with maple syrup for under 1 y.o)
1/2 small ripe banana
A bit of ground almond
Rice cracker and blueberries for toppings
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat milk in sauce pan medium low heat.
2. Add your oats to a pan and simmer on a low heat for a 2-3 minutes.
3. Then add your mashed banana and leave for a further a few seconds to blend them.
4. Keep string until porridge thicken.
5. Let it cooled a while before serving. Served with your little one favorite toppings.
