Flourless Sweet Potato Pumpkin Cake
Perfect recipe to used sweet potato and pumpkin for this fall season π π#mom_sweetpotatopumpkinbarrecipe
INGREDIENTS
2 medium cooked sweet potato, mashed
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp sweetner such as honey, maple strup (optional)
4 tbsp oat flour
1 large egg
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture to a loaf and top with slices banana.
3. Bake in airfryer oven at 180C/350F for 20-25 mins (adjust the timing for conv oven).
4. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
5. Served with your little one favorite fruits.
