Easy Linguine Pasta with Chicken


Looking for a warm easy but delicious dinner? Enjoy this chicken and pasta recipe made in just 25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS 

180-200gr linguine
broccoli 
150-200gr chicken cut diced (or any proteins you like such as shrimp, bacon, etc)
1/2 tbsp olive oil/cooking oil
1-2 tbsp butter 
4 cloves garlic
salt
parsley/basil leave 
chili flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Boil the water (with salt and/or olive oil) in a large pan. Once boiling add the pasta and cook for 8-12 mins, depending on the instruction.
2. Put broccoliin the pan with pasta in the last 3 minutes. Drain pasta and brocoli.
3. In hot pan, melted butter with oil, and toss in the minced garlic.
4. Toss again chicken diced and add salt.
5. After chicken is cooked through, toss pasta & brocolli inside pan adjust taste by adding more salt, parsley, chili flakes.
6. Turn off the heat, then, gently place it onto the plate (for 2 portions).
