Easy Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni and cheese is without a doubt an easy simple recipe but it is one of our absolute favorites meals. It is creamy, rich and delicious, however it’s also simple to make.
INGREDIENTS
150 gr Elbow macaroni
1-2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour (optional to thicken the sauce)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cheese
Salt and Pepper
2 cloves Garlic (minced)

DIRECTIONS
1. Start by boiling your water and cooking macaroni according to package directions.
2. In a separate pan with low fire, melt butter and garlic together.
3. Add flour (if using), salt and pepper and whisk together until smooth.
4. Add milk to mixture, bring to a low boil, then add your cheese and cook until melted, creamy add combined.
5. Combine cheese sauce and cooked pasta.
