Healthy Banana Bread
A healthy banana bread recipe your family will love. This super moist & flavorful loaf is probably the best banana bread I’ve ever had!
INGREDIENTS
125gr mashed banana (about 2)
1 eggs
30ml milk
25gr unsalted butter
30gr greek style yogurt (healthy option to reduce using too much butter)
40gr sugar (can sub using brown sugar or coconut sugar)
90gr all purpose flour (can sub any other flous auch as gluten free flour, wheat flour, etc) 1/2 tsp baking soda

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180 C
2. Cream butter+yogurt+sugar in a bowl. Add egg and milk, mix well.
3. Mash in bananas In another bowl, mix together flour and baking soda then add the wet ingredients Stir until fully combined
4.Pour into the loaf pan medium 18x11 cm and bake around 45-50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
