Banana Choco PJ Puff Pastry
This recipe is a great quick and easy go to breakfast lunch or dinner. Don’t worry you can always adjust the recipe, add some cheese will also went down so well. Any fruits or jam would be great option for this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Puff Pastry sheet
1 ripe banana, slices
PJ jam or any jam you like
A handful of cheddar cheese (optional)
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Roll out your Pastry and cut into squares.
Spread your jam on the puff sheet and put in the slices banana in the centre (be careful not to overfill as you need to fold these)
Add your grated cheese and fold the top of the pastry square to the bottom, with a fork press down the edges.
Place them onto a lined baking tray and brush with egg wash.
Baked In the airfryeroven for around 10-15 minutes or until golden brown at 170C/350F.
