Steamed Egg Pudding

INGREDIENTS
1 large egg
1/4 cup oat milk (or any dairy free milk)
2 tbsp sweetener 
1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil water & sweeter on low heat and stirring occasionally.
2. Then add in milk and quickly remove from the heat. Set aside to cool.
3. Using a fork, beat the egg gently. Slowly mix the milk in with the egg.
4. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve to remove bubbles formed.
5. Cover the pan lid with towel to prevent any water droplets from the steamer from falling directly onto the eggs coz it will making the surface of the steamed eggs rough. 
6. Gently place the bowl onto a prepared steamer. Steam over low heat until the eggs are set, about 10-15 minutes, depending on your bowl shape and depth.
7. Carefully remove from steamer and garnish with desired toppings candy for eyes then rice cracker for its teeth. Serve warm or cold!
