INGREDIENTS 1 avocado 2 small eggs salt and black pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cut avocado into half, arrange avocado halves in a baking dish 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, being careful to keep the yolks intact. 3. Gently spoon 1 egg yolk into the avocado hole. Continue spooning egg white into the hole until full. Repeat with all avocado. 4. Season each filled avocado with salt, and black pepper. Feel free to add more herbs such as paraley, oregano, basil, etc. 5. Place into airfryer oven 180C/350F and bake until the egg whites have set about 7-8 minutes. (you also can use oven with the same temperature twice time longer) 6. Serve immediately on a plate and enjoy!
