Omelette Finger



Quick lunch today only takes less than 2 minutes to prepare.

INGREDIENTS 

🥚2 eggs
🧂salt to taste
🥛A splash of milk⠀⠀
🌽 Any veggies you like ( I use frozen sweet corn, green bean and fresh cherry tomatoes) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Use a small box that can be put inside microwave. Whisk 2 eggs ans a bit of salt in there.
2) Add a splash of milk, then put the frozen veggies (basically you can add anything you like).⠀⠀⠀
3.) Microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on the size of your box.
4.) If it still feel firm when you touch, so you may need to cook for an extra 1 minutes⠀⠀⠀
5) Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes before cutting into strips
