The BEST Milk Bun ever!!!

Recipe make 2 loaf

INGREDIENTS A

350g bread flour
50g sugar
15g milk powder
35g unsalted butter
3g salt
1 egg
70 ml milk

INGREDIENTS B

3g quick active yeast
60 ml warm water
2 tbsp sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients B, set aside
2. Mixer all ingredients A except butter and keep knead until it form a soft dough
3. Then add yeast mixture to the dough, knead again till it once again pull clean from the mixing bowl.
4. Add butter and knead again for 10 mins
5. Let the dough rest at least 1 hour
6. Punch out the air and divide the dough to small ball around 16-20 equal portions.
5. Round the dough and shape it into thin dough
6. Arrange the dough into bread loaf and let it proof to double size.
7. Brush the top with evaporasi milk
8. Baked in the oven at 180C/350F for 25-30 minutes.
9. When its done brush more with mixture of evaporasi milk, honey and butter to get that glossy.
