Salmon Roll
Making salmon rolls so flaky and good!!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 small potato, peeled
5 small salmon fillet
1/2 tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 spring onions, chopped
Basil leaves
3-4 small puff pastry
Milk (for poaching), optional
INGREDIENTS
1. Boil and mash the potato
2. Steam the salmon in a little milk or water
3. Mash the salmon with fork into small pieces
4. Mix together the potato, salmon, cgreek yogurt, basil leave and spring onion
5. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface
6. Place the salmon mix inside tye puff pastry and roll it, cut into portions
7. Brush the top with the milk to glaze
8. Bake at 180°C/375°F approx 25mins until golden and cooked through
