Chocolate Steam Sponge Cake


Making Chocolate Steam Sponge Cake for the first time. #mom_steamcakerecipe

INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 servings
1 large egg
80gr sugar( can add more if you like sweet)
120 gr flour
10 gr cocoa powder
50 ml milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tdp baking soda
10 ml oil
20 gr butter

INSTRUCTIONs
1. Preheat steamer and mold (slide to see the mold) with paper cup. Mix flour, baking powder, bajing soda and cocoa powder, sifted and then set aside.
2. Whisk eggs, white sugar and emulsifier until sugar dissolved
3. Stir in the dry ingredients, butter and oil, divide it to 3 batches
4. Pour batter as high as 3/4 up the white baking paper cup.
5. Steam until cooked (about 15 minutes). Remove from the mold, ready to be served.
