Avocado Toast
More avocado recipes, avocado is always a good options since its high in fat. But it's monounsaturated fat, which is a "good" fat that helps lower bad cholesterol, as long as you eat them in moderation.
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe avocado
1 slices whole grain bread
1 egg (scramble or sun side or boiled)
Black pepper
Salt to taste
Chili Flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork to your desired texture. Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and chilli flakes.
2. Toast your bread, then pile the avocado on top.
3. Cook your desired egg and put on top of avocado and served on a plate
