French Toast
Classic French Toast for easy Breakfast!!
INGREDIENTS
1 eggs
1/8 cup sugar (30 g)
1/4 cup whole milk (60 ml)
2 thoick white breads
1 tsp unsalted butter
To Serve
confectioners’ sugar/powder sugar (optional)
maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add sugar and milk and whisk well together.
2. Soak both sides of the bread in the mixture. Let it soak for 30 second, and flip to soak the other side. Or you can add chocolate filling first and sandwich them before soaking in egg mixture.
3. When the butter is melted and pan is hot, place the bread, cook until the bottom is golden brown. Then turn over to cook the other side until golden.
4. Served on a plate, sprinkle with maple syrup or powder sugar if you desired
