Braised Pork Potato


Sharing today’s lunch menu Braised Pork Potato. One of my childhood dishes, most of Chinese people loves it so much.

INGREDIENTS
450g thinly sliced pork (chuck or rib eye)
2 potatoes, cut slices
3 cloves garlics
4 cloves shallots
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
3/4 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce aka kecap manis
1/4 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
2 cup water

INSTRUCTION
1. Heat oil in the pan, toss in both garlic and shallot cooked until fragrant.
2. Put the slices pork cooked until the color changes.
3. Add all sauce ingredients and water, keep cooking in low heat and put the lid on.
4. After 15 minutes, add sliced potatoes and cover the lid again.
5. Keep cooking until the potatoes soft.
6. Served with warn rice. Enjoy!
