Apple Banana Smoothie


Another great healthy smoothie for your little one! nothing can get wrong with apple and banana combination. #mom_applebananasmoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 medium apple
1 ripe banana (the rippen the banana the sweeter it is so no need to add sugar)
1 cup milk
Ice cube
Honey (optional if you like more sweet)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel and cut the fruits
2. Put all ingredients in high speed blender. Blend it for 30 seconds.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
