Chinese style Fried Noodles



INGREDIENTS
1 pack egg noodles
150gr diced chicken or mix with shrimp
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce (aka kecap manis)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cloves shallot, minced
A bit green onions (optional for garnish)


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine sauces light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt in a small bowl
2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat until hot. Add garlic, shallot and half the green onion.Cook and stir until it starts to sizzle.
3. Add chocken. Cook and stir until the meat changed color a bit.
4. Pour in sauce. Stir a few times. Add noodles then keep stir until the sauce cover all of meat and noodles.
5. When the noodles is cooked, transfer and served in a plate
