Milk Bun



INGREDIENTS A
260 g bread flour

60g sugar
15g milk powder
5g quick active yeast
2 egg yolks + whole milk total 160g
.
INGREDIENTS B
35g unsalted butter
3g salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mixer all ingredients A and keep knead until it form a soft dough
2. Then add butter and salt to the dough, knead again till it once again pull clean from the mixing bowl.
3. Let the dough rest 10-15 minutes.
4. Punch out the air and divide the dough to 10-12 equal portions.
5. Round the dough and shape the way you like it.
6. Place in the baking sheet and let it proof to double size.
7. Brush with evaporasi milk/butter
8. Baked in the oven at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes
