Death by Chocolate Cake
Death by Chocolate Cake so good!! Great recipe from @bakerbynature
Modified the recipe to fit in my 6 inch pan. #mom_chocolatecakerecipe
INGREDIENTS
5/8 cups (120gr) cups granulated sugar
7/8 cups (100gr) cups all-purpose flour
5/8 cups (58gr) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large eggs + 1 small egg yolk, room temperature
1/5 cup (60gr) greek yogurt room temperature
3 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1/3 cup (40gr) chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°(F). Spray 6 inch pan generously - sides and bottom - with nonstick cooking spray. It's important to make sure every bit of pan and paper are sprayed so your cakes don't get stuck. Set pans aside.
2. In large bowl using a handheld electric mixer, combine both sugars, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt; mix on low until dry ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. In a separate bowl combine the eggs, egg yolks, milk, sour cream and oil; mix until completely combined.
4. Pour mixture into the dry ingredients and beat on low until just incorporated. Quickly fold in mini chocolate chips.
5. Baked in the preheat oven 375F for 30 minutes or until tooth picks comes clean.
6. You can add frosting or just simple powder sugar
