Carbonara Pasta with Garlic Bread

PASTA INGREDIENTS
180-200gr linguine
broccoli
150-200gr chicken cut diced (or any proteins you like such as shrimp, bacon, ham, etc)
1/2 tbsp olive oil/cooking oil
1-2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
salt
parsley/basil leave
chili flakes (optional)
1.5 cup milk
grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil the water (with salt and/or olive oil) in a large pan. Once boiling add the pasta and cook for 8-12 mins, depending on the instruction.
2. Put broccoliin the pan with pasta in the last 3 minutes. Drain pasta and brocoli.
3. In hot pan, melted butter with oil, and toss in the minced garlic.
4. Toss again chicken diced and add salt.
5. After chicken is cooked through, toss pasta, milk, cheese & brocolli inside pan adjust taste by adding more salt, parsley, chili flakes.

GARLIC BREAD INGREDIENTS
4 whole grain bread
20gr unsalted butter, softened
4 large cloves garlic, smashed and minced
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley/basil leave
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Prepare the garlic bread by mixing the butter, garlic, and parsley together in a small bowl. Spread butter mixture over the bread
3. Heat in oven for 10 min on middle rack, add 5 min in the highest rack for crispy hard texture
