Mayo Egg Toast


🥚Tamago Sando (Japanese Egg Sandwich) 
🍞Mayo Egg Toast 

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 slice whole grain bread
0.5 tbp sugar to spread
2 tbp butter to spread
Mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Press in the middle if the bread using glass or bowl to make place for egg
2. Spread butter and then sugar on bread
3. Put mayo in the edge of bread
4. Crack the egg on top of bread and add abit salt and black pepper
5. Put on the oven 175 c for 10 min in the middle rack m, optional put last 3 min in the higest rack for well done egg and more brown toats
