Vegan Blueberry Muffins



Blueberry Muffins are the best!! 
Recipe adapted from @fithealthyrecipes


INGREDIENTS
1 cup of flour ⁠⠀ 

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda⁠⠀⁠⠀
1 teaspoon of baking powder⁠⠀⁠⠀ 
pinch of salt⁠⠀⁠⠀ 
1/4 cup of maple syrup⁠⠀⁠⠀ 
1 cup of milk⁠⠀⁠⠀ 
3 tablespoons of nut butter⁠⠀(or mix nut butter and yogurt)
1 medium banana, mashed⁠⠀⁠⠀ 

1/2 cup of blueberry

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180 C
2. Mash in bananas and add mapple syrup in a bowl. Then add nut butter and milk, mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt.
4. Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients
5. Stir until fully combined then fold in blueberries
6. Pour into muffin pan and bake around 25-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
