Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats
Overnight oat is my current favorite breakfast. Just mix everything, put it in jar, let it sit for overnight in fridge and boom its ready for breakfast in the morning.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup blueberry flavor yogurt (its sweet so skip maple syrup)
1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
Blueberries
Banana
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix together all ingredients into a large bowl until well combined and pop into a sealed container/jar.
2. Add a layer of banana slices and then a layer of blueberries. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later. Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder. Best to eat within 24 hours.
