Butter Corn Fried Rice
Simple and quick fried rice for dinner today since the little one asked for more fried rice. Simple yet flavorful love the combination of sweet corn and butter. #mom_friedricerecipe #mom_buttercornfriedricerecipe
INGREDIENTS
1 Bowl Steamed rice

1 Egg
Butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Green onions, diced (optional)

1 clove garlic
a couple cherry tomatoes, minced (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt butter in the pan over low medium heat then just saute garlic and cherry tomatoes.
2. Add egg and scrambled it. Then add corn with a bit of water, stir until fragrant and soft.

3. Toss the rice inside pan together with salt and pepper, stir until all combined.
4. Turn off the heat and toss green onion give it a good stir.
5. Served warm fried rice on a plate!
