Jumeokbap or Korean rice balls

 

Jumeokbap or Korean rice balls for dinner today, it’s so easy to make and Kay's loved it, and finish the rice ball first, she literally love all types of rice balls because its so good with that seaweed. Definitely will be a winner for picky eater. Egg, chicken and seaweed are a great source of iodine, omega 3 and protein of course that should be taken moderately.  

I made the rice ball with really simple ingredients, just cooked rice with chopped omelette, seaweed, and a drop of sesame oil, paired with braised chicken wings, stir green beans, steamed carrot and hard boiled egg.
