Halloween Waffles
Halloween waffles which one do you want? The Frankenstein waffle made from banana and avocado. The vampire one made made from sweet potato. These waffles are crispy on the outside with a soft and tender interior. This recipe is simple to make, yummy to eat and simple decoration. The Frankenstein and vampire waffles decoration made from blueberries, slices banana, cherry tomatoes and dark chocolate.
INGREDIENTS GREENLY WAFFLE
1/2 smal ripe avocado, mashed
1/2 smal ripe banana, mashed
50 g oat flour (basically i grind oats, use GF certificed one if necessary)
100 ml oat milk
1 tsp honey (sub with maple syrup for under 1 y.o)
a pinch of baking powder
INGREDIENTS SWEET POTATO WAFFLE
1/2 cup sweet potatoes measured after peeled, cooked and mashed
1 cup oat flour (basically i grind oats, use GF certificed one if necessary)
4-5 tbsp water (optional if the mixture too dry)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix each waffles ingredients together until combined in 2 different bowl.
2. Let the batter sit for 10-15 minutes.
3. Turn on your waffle maker and follow the instructions since all waffle irons are slightly different so make sure you are familiar with what works for your machine.
4. Scoop the batter into your waffle iron and cook until it according to the directions.
5. When they are crispy and golden, remove from the waffle iron. Served with maple syrup and enjoy!
