Banana Nutty Eggy Bread

INGREDIENTS
Peanut butter jam
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
2 slices of bread
1 egg
Splash of milk
Lemon juice (optional)




INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a flat plate, mash ripe banana using fork. 2. Add a bit of lemon juice, it will help the bananas to retain their color. Mix it well. 3. Spread mashed banana on one side of bread, peanut butter jam on the second bread. 4. Whisk together egg and splash of milk in the same plate. 5. Sandwich the bread and soak in egg mixture. 6. Arrange baking paper in baking sheet and place the bread on top. 8. Bake in air fryer 190C/375F for 5-6 mins 9. Flip and then cook for another 2,5 minutes until golden and toasted all around.  (you also can use oven with the same temperature twice time longer) 10. Served with any fruits your little one likes. Enjoy!
