Oatmeal Cookie Balls

INGREDIENTS (make around 9-10 balls)
3/4 cup rolled oats (12 tbsp)
1 large ripe banana, mashed
1 tbsp chocolate sprinkle (optional, can sub with anything you like such as chocolate chip, raisin, nuts)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mash ripe banana using fork.
2. Pour in oat in the bowl. Mix well until completely blended.
3. Sprinkle with chocolate and mix it again.
4. Use a spoon scoop mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
5. Bake the balls in airfryer oven for around 8 minutes 180C/350F or until golden (you also can use preheated oven with the same temperature twice time longer)
6. Let it cool for a while before serving.
