Honey glazed salmon with roasted asparagus, this quick and easy recipe requires only 6 ingredients and takes 15 minutes to make. Perfect for easy and quick lunch diner meals.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 pound fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
* salt and ground black pepper
* 1/8 tsp
* spray oil
* 1 salmon filet (around 150-200gr)
* 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1-2 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trim the ends of the asparagus about an inch up from the bottom.
2. Place the asparagus onto 2 air fryer tray. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper over the top. Spray with oil a bit.
3. Pat salmon filet dry and season with salt and pepper on all sides.
4. In a small bowl, add soy sauce and honey. Mix it well and apply the sauce into salmon filet
5. Pu the salmon skin side down on top of your aparagus.
6. Put it into air fryer oven and cook 6 minutes in temperature 190C/375F.
7. Apply more sauce on the salmon, continue cooking again. But first switch the asparagus down below to the top. Cook for another 6 minutes.
