INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 2 slices of bread 1/2 tbp sugar to spread 2 tbp butter to spread Mayonnaise Salt and black pepper to taste Condensed milk Ground cinnamon INSTRUCTIONS 1. Spread butter and then sugar on breads 2. Press in the middle of the bread using glass or bowl to make place for egg 3. Put mayo in the edge of bread for savory version 4. Put condensed milk in the edge of bread for sweet version 5. Crack the egg on top of both bread 6. Add a bit salt and black pepper for savory version 7. Add a bit ground cinnamon for sweet version 8. Put on the airfryer oven 180C/350F for 7 min in the middle rack (you can also use oven with the same temperature twice time longer)
