🥣Overnight Oat with Homemade Blueberry Jam

INGREDIENTS (make around 4 cups)
Around 1 cup rolled oats (15-16 tbsp)
1 large ripe banana, mashed
1/4 tsp flaxseed (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mash ripe banana using fork until smooth.
2. Pour in oat in the bowl. Mix well until completely blended and right cosistency since each banana not equally the same with mine.
3. Sprinkle with flaxseed and mix it again. If it’s too wet add more oat or it won’t hold the shape. If it’s too dry splash a bit if milk.
4. Use a spoon to scoop mixture and then push the mixture to the side of muffin baking pan hole to create the cup shape.
5. Bake them in airfryer oven for around 7-8 minutes 180C/350F or until golden (you also can use preheated oven with the same temperature twice time longer)
6. Let it cool for a while before serving. Top the cups with cereal, yogurt, fruits or any you like.
