Cherry Banana Pastry


Yeahh I love breakfast pastry! After all who doesn’t love breakfast flaky crunchy pastry right? #mom_fruitybreakfastpastry

INGREDIENTS
1 sheets puff pastry ,square 9x10cm
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
5 cherries, pitted and cut half
Splash of milk

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mash banana with fork.
2. Let the puff pastry defrost then spread mash banana on top.
3. Then place cherries ontop banana spread.
4. Place on baking tray.
5. Brush the top with milk. Bake for 8 minutes in airfryer oven 180C/350F or until deep golden brown and puffed. Serve warm!
