INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground pork (around 450gr)
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1/2 large onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onion, thinly sliced


INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a bowl place ground meat, then add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, onion and garlic. Mix them well. 2. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add ground meat mixture to the pan and cook, flipping until meat cooked through. 4. When the meat no longer pink, add green onions and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. 5. Serve immediately with warm rice, garnished more green onion, if desired.
