Chicken Lemon Saute



My new favorite meal this time, look at those colorful veggies . So simple dish yet satisfying and healthy pack with many my favorite veggies. You can used all you favorite veggies. #mom_chickenlemonsauterecipe

INGREDIENTS
300g chicken breast, cut diced
Baby corn
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 small cucimber, sliced
Oyster Mushroom
1 medium sweet potato, microwave for 1 minutes
1/2 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
100g pasta, any type you like
Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 tbsp olive oil

INGREDIENTS
1. Chop up all the veggies
2. Cook the pasta based on direction package.
3. Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant. Then add sweet potato and chicken in until them 2-3 mins until changed color.
4. Add oyster mushroom and baby corn, close the lid cook for a minute or 2.
5. Put the remaining veggies then add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
6. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, oil olive, salt and pepper to taste.
7. Put the chicken saute on bowl then mix with pasta. Drizzle with lemon sauce.
8. You can top with anything else such as lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes and eggs. Or sprinkle with more herbs.
