Stir Green Beans with Mince Pork
Stir Green Beans with Mince Pork, it’s one of my favorite childhood food. My mom will cook it for us and it taste so good! #mom_stirporkgreenbeanrecipe
INGREDIENTS
4 cloves garlic
5 cloves shallots
1 pack green beans (200-250 gr)
200-250g minced pork
vegetable oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet (not nonstick) over high. When oil is shimmering and slides quickly across surface of pan, add garlic and shallot and cook until soften
2. Add minced pork and cook, undisturbed, until the meat is browned and caramelized, about 1 minute.
3. Add oyster sauce and salt, continue to cook until meat is no longer pink and cooked through, set aside.
4. In the same pan, add green beans and a pinch of salt and cook, tossing often, until green beans are crisp-tender.
5. In the plate, place the green beans and pour the mince pork on top. Served with warm rice.
