šŸŽ‹Bamboo Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS 250g spaghetti or any noodles 1 tbsp sesame oil 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce   Spring Onion Sauce: 2 stalks finely sliced spring onion (scallions) 1 tsp salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook the spaghetti or noodles in a large pot according the package direction. Set aside for later. 2. Place the vegetable oil and sesame oil in the pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. 3. To make the sauce, cut the spring onion with scissors. 4. Now pour half the hot oil over the spring onion mixture. Then add salt and stir to combine. 5. Drain the pasta/noodles and add into the pan with all the sauce. Flip the pasta/noodles in the sauce for 2-3 minutes until all combined. 6. Spoon over the spring onion sauce and mix again. Served on a plate!
