Avocado Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)
3 tbsp ripe avocado, mashed
5 tbsp oats flour  (use GF certified)
1/2 tsp baking powder 
3 tbsp oat milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
Granola for topping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mash avocado, mix with oat flour, and the rest of dry ingredients. Place the mixture in a ramekin.
2. Pour the milk in and mix until well combined. Drizzle with maple syrup on top.
3. Microwave 1 minutes in high temp. Let it cool down before servings. Top with some granola.
