Bought the crepe skin in supermarket, loving this crispy outside and chewy inside. These traditional Taiwanese egg pancakes are the street food breakfast can be found in most breakfast shop here. They are designed to cook fast for daily breakfast. Just whisk egg, bell pepper, corn or any veggies you like put on hot pan, add the skin on top. Flip them when bottom is golden. Crisp the other side and done!
