Healthy Banana Oat Cake


Make them gluten free use certificated Gluten Free Oat, perfect for your little one healthy cake.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
  • 2 eggs white
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (more if you like sweet tooth)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Blend about 1-2 mins or until the oats resemble a flour.
  2. Add in the bananas, eggs, oil, and maple syrup. Blend more for further 60 seconds or until the batter is smooth. Scrap down using fork or spoon if needed.
  3. Spary 6 inch cake pans with some oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the pans. Bake in the airfryer oven for 15-18 minutes in 175C/350F or until skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out cleanly.
  5. Let cakes cool completely in the pan before put it into a plate.
