Healthy Banana Oat Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 2 eggs white
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (more if you like sweet tooth)
- Place the oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Blend about 1-2 mins or until the oats resemble a flour.
- Add in the bananas, eggs, oil, and maple syrup. Blend more for further 60 seconds or until the batter is smooth. Scrap down using fork or spoon if needed.
- Spary 6 inch cake pans with some oil.
- Pour the batter into the pans. Bake in the airfryer oven for 15-18 minutes in 175C/350F or until skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out cleanly.
- Let cakes cool completely in the pan before put it into a plate.
