Flower Garden Banana Overnight Oat


Overnight oat is my current favorite breakfast. Just mix everything, put it in jar, let it sit for overnight in fridge and boom its ready for breakfast in the morning. More fiber from oats, fruits and veggie then protein iron from the egg. #mom_bananaovernightoatrecipe #mom_overnightoatrecipe šŸŒBanana Overnight Oat with Asparagus šŸ„šHard Boiled Egg INGREDIENTS (1 Serving) 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional) 1 tsp lemon juice (optional) 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix together all ingredients into a large bowl until well combined and pop into a sealed container/jar. 2. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later. Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder. Best to eat within 24 hours.
