Air Fryer Steak
Steak sizes will vary in length and thickness, so you can add or reduce cooking time if needed to cook to your preferred texture. #mom_airfryersteakrecipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 steaks , thick rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 tsp olive oil , to coat
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200-250g grean beans
- Arrange the green bean in the baking tray. Lightly spray with oil and then season salt and black pepper.
- Put the steak in top of green beans. Lightly season both sides of steaks with salt, black pepper and parsley leaves.
- Cover the steaks with unsalted butter using garlic.
- Air Fry them for 190C/375F for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway though (cooking time dependent on how thick and how done you prefer your steaks).
- After the steak almost done, switch the green beans down below to the top. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with additional salt and pepper when it’s done, if needed.
- Serve warm with some veggies and potatoes. Enjoy!
