INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)
5 tbsp oats flour (use GF certified)
5 tbsp oat milk
3/4 ripe medium banana
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blueberries for toping (optional)
A few almonds for topping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mash banana, mix with oat flour, cinnamon in a ramekin, then add milk soak for a few minutes.
2. Drizzle with maplesyrup on top, then top with blueberries and almond.
3. Microwave 1 minutes in high trmp. Let it cool down before servings. Sprinkle some powder sugar if you like.
