Egg Yolk Mayo Salmon Onigiri


I love mayo egg toast so did Kay and she also loves salmon. So I tried to come out with all her favorite foods. Egg, salmon and seaweed are a great source of iodine, omega 3 and protein of course that should be taken moderately.  

🥚Egg Yolk Mayo Salmon Onigiri
🐠 Steam Salmon 
🥕Steam Veggies Egg

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 salmon fillet (frozen)
Sheet seaweed 
1 egg (hard boiled)
1 tsp Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. S
eason salmon fillet with salt and pepper on all sides

2. Place your rice and water inside the rice cooker, top with salmon fillet 
3. Turn on the rice cooker and cook them together. When its done, let the salmon and rice cool down first.
4. While cooking the rice and salmon, boiled your egg. Let cool completely and peel the egg shells.
5. Slice the salmon, take 1-2 small pieces place them on a bowl with the egg and mash them using fork.
6. Add rice with salmon, egg and mayonnaise then mix them well.
7. Place the mixed rice into the onigiri mold and served with seaweed.
