Ham Cheese Veggie Savory Sheet

Savory sheets are easy and PERFECT for breakfast or quick lunch when standing on hot stove is not an option for these warm hot days! The leftover should perfect for your freezer stash #mom_savorysheetrecipe
INGREDIENTS
100 g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
120 ml whole milk
2 egg, beaten
A bit black pepper
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 head broccoli, grated
1 medium sweet corn
1-2 slices ham
INSTUCTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl add in your flour, milk and egg. Whisk well until you have a smooth batter.
2. Add in your cheese to the batter. Then add ham, corn and broccoli. Mix them well. Sprinkle some black pepper.
3. Line a baking tin with baking paper.
4. Pour your mixture into your tin, spread the mixture around 1 cm thickness. Pop into the air-fryer oven for around 10 mins 180C/350F. (you also can use preheated oven with the same temperature twice time longer)
5. It should be slightly golden on top and a toothpick should come out clean from the middle.
